Born and made in America. Hailing from Taiwanese and Japanese ancestry, Stacy is an East Coast girl with a wicked sense of humor whose drive and ambition is punctuated with kindness and independent thinking.
For over 15 years, this MIT graduate has helped organizations—from startups to Fortune 500 companies—grow. Armed with a latte in one hand and her trusty laptop in the other, she is a veteran marketing and brand development crackerjack with a strong background in product management and business operations.
What’s her secret for strong business growth? Sound brand development strategies and solid business infrastructures.
A fierce champion in more ways than one, Stacy wields a second-degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do. When away from ADECIBEL, she is a USA Tae Kwon Do Level 1 coach.
Today, Stacy resides in the Washington, D.C. area along with her husband and children.

FINISH THIS SENTENCE. STACY IS . . .
Focused, hard-working, and dedicated to empowering others to be their absolute best.
WHO HAD THE LARGEST INFLUENCE OVER WHO YOU ARE TODAY?
A former assistant dean at MIT. Through her, I learned the importance of understanding different cultures and how those differences affect how we live and interact with one another. She completely changed how I view the world.
HOW DO YOU SELF-IDENTIFY AND WHY?
A ‘global citizen’ nuanced Asian American. My family spans four continents and five significantly different cultures. As a result, navigating these differences is a large part of my life.
WHAT INSPIRES YOU?
The expression on someone’s face when they achieve something they never thought they could achieve. That beaming smile always inspires me to do more and always give my absolute best.
WHAT WAS THE BIGGEST LESSON THAT YOU LEARNED THAT SHAPES HOW YOU THINK TODAY?
Always celebrate the things that make you different and unique—those are the things that will change the world.
WHERE IN THE WORLD WOULD YOU MOST LIKE TO TRAVEL? WHY?
Bhutan. I am completely fascinated by their concept of, “Gross National Happiness.” What is their secret?
DESCRIBE YOUR DEFAULT MINDSET AND WHY.
Find the best solution then get moving. No matter how big the task, it’s all about making progress and improving day-by-day.
DESCRIBE A FAILURE. WHAT LESSON WAS GLEAMED?
I have a black thumb—I cannot grow gardens, not even cacti. After several crop disasters, I realized that I actually hated gardening and my end goal was always to reap fresh fruit and vegetables. So, the lesson… if it’s not working, change the strategy to achieve your goal. Now, I buy my veggies at the farmers market and am happier because of it.
WHAT BOOK/ARTICLE DID YOU JUST FINISH READING?
Without fail, every morning I read the Wall Street Journal.
